Natural Viral Protection A 4 Part Strategy for Covid 19

There are four different  layers to natural viral protection:

1) Support and Protect antiviral barriers

2) Inhibit Viral Replication

3) Support Immune function.

4) Support the cells which support the organs

How do accomplish this

1) Start with a non inflammatory diet. A non inflammatory diet is a Paleo-Mediterranean diet which has sufficient protein and “hypoglycemic foods”  Low sugar foods.

No artificial sweeteners.

2) A good natural multivitamin and multimineral. We have a great multimineral and multivitamin that covers the vital nutrients.

Individual Nutritional Support 

1) Vitamin D 4,000 -10,000 I.U. which is 100 mcg-1,000 mcg. Mcg is the new unit for vitamin D consumption.

2) Zinc 15-30 mg/ day.

3) Selenium 100-200  mcg/day

The 3 above nutrients covers all  four layers of viral protection.

Other vitamins and minerals to consider.

Vitamin A : Layer  1, 3 and 4

Vitamin C : Layer 1, 3 and 4.

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine: Layer 2, 3 and 4.
